We offer standard Shipping across the Contiguous U.S. and Canada
Do You Ship Internationally?
We currently only ship within the United States and Canada. However, we are actively seeking distribution partners to help us reach our overseas customers.
Where is my Tracking Number?
You should receive an order confirmation when you place your order, and another notification when your order has been shipped. This second email will include a tracking number. If you have not received a shipping email in over 3 business days, please Contact Support.
How long does it take to process and ship an order?
We typically process orders within 1-2 business days. Once shipped, delivery times vary depending on the shipping method chosen and the destination. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been shipped.
Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?
We understand that address changes may be necessary. Please contact our customer support as soon as possible with your order details, and we will do our best to accommodate the change before your order is shipped.
What if my package gets lost or damaged during transit?
In the rare event that your package is lost or arrives damaged, please reach out to our customer support immediately. WR is not responsible for lost or stolen packages, however, we will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue and ensure you receive a satisfactory resolution.
Can I ship to a different address than my billing address?
Yes, during the checkout process, you can enter a different shipping address that is separate from your billing address. This allows you to send the order directly to a recipient or a different location, such as your workplace or a gift recipient's address.
